Vertex Solutions, a small company known to manufacture the integration of advanced systems and training technologies, has received a contract to provide 25 additional T-38 Gen 2 training (EITDS) training to the US Air Force to help pilots in combat aircraft and launchers.
Officially, the program is known as VTRAD FBF, and is short for virtual training for the Air Dominance Baoes Program.
Vertex solutions note that the contract is a prize directed by the AETC Leadership (ATC) under the authority of the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) through another treatment agreement (OTA).
“This award reflects the performance of our team and the confidence that DIU and USf continue to put on Vertex solutions,” said Dennis Wikov, President and CEO of Vertex Solutions. “From the primary model to production on a large scale, we have proven that our overwhelming training systems provide value, adaptation and training effectiveness that meets the advanced needs of experimental training.
Gen 2 EITD is a reconfiguor and students can be performed to conduct a cockpit, emergency procedures and important scenarios on a small portion of the price of an actual plane or a more expensive traditional simulation.
The company said that the scenarios can be allocated, and that the devices have supervision of the coach. It can be used for individual and team learning. Using mixed reality applications, journey students can practice natural and non -natural situations, thus their actions and reactions become a beneficial behavior. The scenarios can be repeated as much as the good habit patterns of their formation.
Itds is used for Vertex Solutions for the Test Training Corporation for American Air Students in the United States, and the company said it continues to show measurable performance results.
“VERTEX now has the most immersive training devices in operation more than any other provider,” said Sandra Richter, the main owner and CEO of Vertex Solutions. “This talks about our ability to innovate, adapt and expand the scope of solutions that not only meet the requirements of the task, but also get results.”
VERTEX said it has provided more than 500 training devices for both military and commercial aviation entities. For more information, go to the company Website.
