- United Airlines announced a new route from the United States to Asia and Australia.

The US-KE-Bangkok route will not be at all; There is currently no direct commercial flight between the US and the capital of Thailand. The airline will operate flights directly from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), and then flight directly from HKG to the Suvarnabhumi Bangkok (BKK) airport.
United also launched a new route to Adelaide, Australia; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Manila, the Philippines.
United say it is the only US-based carrier to offer services to Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City. Both of these new routes, expected to operate on Boeing 787-9, debut on October 26.
Also starting on October 26, United will run a second daily flight between SFO and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) Manila. Currently, the carrier has a 12:15 am flight daily from SFO.
For tourists who want to explore Australia, Adelaide United’s new route is on December 11. The service will operate seasonally three times a week from SFO and is the first non -stop between the United States and the South Australian coastal city.
