It was a pleasure to participate again with Matias Gonzalez for the regeneration of 2025, as it presented smart and contemporary features and took the property to a new level of luxury in design and hospitality while preserving its rich local history and feeling the place in the desert.
Also, an essential part of the creativity team in the renovation was the interior designer Carolina Delibano, responsible for the original interiors of all the characteristics of Taera since its inception.
The original walls and original plants were preserved on the site and merged with a mind with the design of Lodge by the Chilean landscape engineer, Theresa Muller, which created a real feeling of the place in this desert oasis.
“We were very deliberate in choosing the use of local materials, furnishings, arts and crafts in addition to construction services from the region as part of the business in order to benefit and involve society at every stage of the process,” said Tierra Hotels Miguel Purcell.
