The Amadeus OutpayCe Payments section launched what it claims to be the first travel payment market.
The Xchang (XPP) payment platform allows airlines to browse payment partners, liquidate and filter payments.
OutpayCe says that XPP will help to pay a coincidence through an interactive catalog of capabilities, and to help airlines choose the right contact and improve payment performance.
The market also allows OutPayCe airlines to understand countries, currencies and services available with each connection.
Jean -Christophe Lakor, Senior Vice President and President of Products Management and Delivery at OutPayCe, said:
“The airline may need to start accepting many alternative payment methods to support the expansion of the new path in the region.
“With our Marketplace catalog, it’s easy to identify partners across those markets, using living transactions data from our platform to increase the importance of each possible partner.
“If the partner has already supports millions of travel transactions in an area, it builds confidence and helps travel companies move faster.”
OutpayCe says that XPP will reduce decision -making time by providing live data for the size of travel companies and travel payments that each partner supports.
Once the airline requires a new capacity of the market, it can start the activation process from within the tool, and update payment flow flows to ensure properly into the airline payment decisions.
The company said: “The market is an essential step in OutPayCe to provide a fully open payment platform for travel,” the company said.
Maria Nimoniti, director of the passenger services system in Aege, said one of the airlines that has a partnership in the creation of XPP:
“Being part of creating a market catalog was a great experience for the Aegean free.
“Using the tool, we can easily find payment communication and comparison, making it much easier to choose the appropriate options for new markets and different needs.
“This will help us improve how our payments work and provide new payment options for our passengers faster, making their travel experience better.”
Payment companies that provide relevant capabilities are now able to communicate with newly available application programming facades, as OutpayCe has claimed that they reduced the timetables of integration with a ten -factor.
Simplified integration means that new capabilities can be added quickly to the market catalog.
OutpayCe, the initially available to its airlines customers, is currently hundreds of payment partners around the world.
The company plans to expand the number of partners, services and products covered by the market in the coming months.
