SITA Airlines Technology has completed CCM, an expert in airport interior designs in Milan, Italy.
This step is expected to convert the airport spaces by integrating advanced technology with smart design, which paves the way for future airports.
CCM cooperates with senior architects and designers to create effective and elegant folded experiences.
With more than three decades of experience in the framework of the Marinony family management, CCM has contributed to the design and delivery of peripheral spaces in more than 300 airports worldwide.
It combines the acquisition of SITA experiences in treating passengers, luggage processing, and airports operations driven by artificial intelligence with CCM’s advisory capabilities and customer capabilities, providing a comprehensive solution to airport customers.
Monica Oberti, a member of the Marinoni Foundation, was appointed as CCM temporary executive.
“For a very long time, the airports have to choose between efficiency and passenger experience. Now, they shouldn’t have it. By joining SITA, we can finally combine the best in the two worlds – smart technology, smart design and quality production,” Opery said.
The SITA 2024 Air Transports Insights report highlights that 63 % of airports give priority to self -service investments, biological measurements, mobile applications, and spending up to $ 8.9 billion.
