The Royal Caribbean has faced some of the terrible legal acts lately. These include Passengers of a dozen cruise ship who sued Royal Caribbean and warned other hidden cameras. At the sea symphony, an employee installed a hidden camera in 12 different rooms. Former worker Arvin Joseph Mirasol was sentenced to 30 years in prison for recordings taken between December 2023 and January 2024.
Royal Caribbean has faced other situations since then, including low health check -up scores, Broke 57 violations.
They are more dealing now, as two Canadian passengers sued the Royal Caribbean for the outbreak that took place last fall. We will take a closer look at the outbreaks reported by the CDC in September 2024. We will also see the severe symptoms of passengers, and if the Royal Caribbean has issued any kind of statement.

Two Canadians sued Royal Caribbean on Salmonella outbreak
The incident occurred during the voyage between September 20 and September 24, 2024, according to Cdcat the Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas Ship. Data shows that more than 8% of guests are sick during travel. The causative agent is proven salmonella, with 180 passengers on the vessel catching the disease.
There were also three crew members who were reported sick during the voyage.
The main symptoms include diarrhea, abdominal cramps, headache, and muscle aches.
Currently, more than six months later, two Canadian guests have launched a court claim against Royal Caribbean. The reaction to Salmonella’s disease has proven to be worse for guests.
Doug Parker of Today’s cruise news revealed, “Two Canadians sued the Royal Caribbean after claiming they had salmonella. Court filing said both guests had serious symptoms including dehydration and internal bleeding after eating on light.”
Currently, a lawsuit is under review by the BC Court.
“Both of the legal actions demanded negligence, and are now detained before the BC Supreme Court.”
Royal Caribbean has not made a statement yet – but they take action at the time of the outbreak.
