Review of Hotel T+L’S The Strand on Turks and Caicos

Room

Staying at a one -room suite with a balcony to a six -bedroom home with direct access to the private beach. We love opening the sliding door to our sitting area to create an interior living room, especially in the evening after dinner when the music directly from the bar below allows my husband and I feel like we are out for the night, even though we have to go home to put our baby sleep.

The bedroom is spacious (we are large enough to hold a full-size baby bed without preventing our movement) with a king-sized bed made with linen frette, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks and rain. The ground floor bedroom has a sliding door to every exterior of the suite.

I also visited a five -bedroom residence, which is a private home available to travelers for rent. Each has a combination of suites and “Casita” guests such as exterior shower, infinity and swimming pools, offices, children’s rooms, firepits, and outdoor kitchens.

Food and drink

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at Delmar Strand Restaurant, which serves as a social center of resort. Most of our stay, the restaurant is busy with both hotel guests and outdoor visitors, who come from all over the island to see newcomers to Providenciales Restaurant. We sat down for a relaxing meal in Delmar, sometimes at the beach table under the night sky, and liked tuna and hamachi crudos, decorated with fine decoration.
