Approved FAA, not subject to control, medical misconduct
The third -party contractors of the FAA running completely profitable work and at the expense of the pilot, and to the deterioration of passengers. Any pilot in the claws of one of these criminal doctors, you may have legal options. But the challenges are many as a result of FAA awareness and lack of response.

Dr. Fabian has a national practice specialized in criminal and civil psychological assessments. It also performs FAA reviews! But it does not work for FAA and FAA had no control over his actions.

These contracting doctors from the third party determine whether or not the pilots are flying, but they are not working in FAA unless they were Amee. It was not. Amas Doctor, John Richitilo, worked hard to convince me to go to Brusso as a neutral, until she confirmed that she will read the report of the three hundred plus page for “Free”. Who will do that? Instead, I went to Mayo Clinic. Then we needed to break a tie, and Dr. Al -Taman fought for his making Proso Neutral examinations. These are the red flags that you should pay attention to. I never used Proso, and this is not an affirmation of its ability to be one of the doctors who can be purchased, as Dr. Shin said. I just share my fears based on its lack of experience, and the great effort that Alpa and Altman faced to make me see it, and all the reasons I did not do.

Dr. Richaitilo looks very nice and innocent, but he not only tried to convince me to go to Proso, he told me that there is no way because I could overcome the diagnosis of bipolar and confirmed that the “large gun” was with FAA. He was wrong. FAA assured me that they had no big rifle. They may not have a large rifle, but these doctors run like a wild West without any FAA control, which comes out as a pilot at the same time. These milestones have control, and they are looking for the other direction. I must ask why?
It’s time to remove these doctors
I couldn’t prosecute Altman because of misconduct because he worked in Delta. He simply evaluated me. There was no client patient relationship. The courts decided that the examinations conducted at a third -party request do not usually require the creation of the patient’s doctor’s relationship because the intention is to inform the third party, not the patient’s treatment or diagnosis. (Lownbury V Van Brenn, 762 Ne2d 354 (OHIO 2002). State V Henden Et Al, 279 GA 323, 613 Se2d 647 (GA 2005). This is how airlines can use these doctors, because the airline is the customer.
But this may not be the case. First, if you go to Dr. Christine Broso, she would become a doctor, and if I played the same game that I could have presented against. If you choose a doctor you feel in Cahoots, it is likely to be. You have legal options available.
For those in HIMS, your company may embody you to see a specific Amee, they may be paid for that doctor, but if this doctor prescribes anything, such as a 90 -day insurance as an internal bit, or ask you to see a psychiatrist, or anything that determines a customer’s relationship, you can provide malicious shipments. If you pay the doctor, the company regains you, I think you can argue that this is your doctor. Just like the company’s uniform, you pay for it, you own it, but the company will pay you for that.
The only way to get rid of these dirty doctors is to get rid of them, one at one time, and harm them as they put their value: their wallet.
