  • Staying in New York City The Mercer is now gaining access to Zero Bond, one of the city’s most legendary private club clubs.
  • Mercer guests can enjoy access to Bond Zero, while Bond Zero members can find personalized concierge services and hotel’s preferred rates.
  • Scott Sartiano, founder of Bond Hospitality, joined Mercer as a partner earlier this year, brought two SOHO brands closer.

The most sought after Private Members in New York City, Zero Bond, opened the door to Mercer’s guests thanks to the sharing between Hotels and Scott Sartiano, Bond Hospitality founder and club owner.

“The Mercer and Zero Bond include energy, creativity, and commitment of New York City,” Sartiano said in a statement to Travel + free time. “I build a zero bond with a similar focus on service, create space where culture, conversation, and connection expand. Mercer shares this vision, making our partnerships fit natural […] This is an opportunity to create something true -together, combining us to offer new experiences in hotels that feel intimate and dynamic. “

Bond Zero opened the door in 2020 during the height Taylor Swift and Tom Brady. It offers social workspace, dining experience, and personal care services at 20,000 square feet. Sartiano joined Mercer as a partner in early 2025, sparking partnerships between hotels and clubs.

Now, guests staying at the iconic Soho Hotel can fall with Zero Bond, located just a few blocks on Bond Street, for the rest of their stay. On the other hand, Bond Zero members can find personalized concierge services in the hotel together with the preferred night rate. The partnership has established a relationship between the two greatest destinations, and Sartiano hopes the move will help guests feel better with the city.

“More than anything, I hope the guests go a long way in with a deeper appreciation for the level of hospitality, community, and culture that define both Mercer and Zero Bond,” said Sartiano. “At their core, both brands are about creating a personal and easy experience, whether you live in New York City or just visit […] Whether the warmth of space, the attention of the details, or the energy of the people in it, I want them to feel like they are stepping into something welcoming and clear in the city. “

Sartiano is also behind the Italian Restaurant American Mercer, which opened in 2023.
