Enjoyed Most

Great location, cross Cabrillo and there’s the ocean. The room was very clean. The staff were all very courteous and professional.
Considering this was touted as an upscale Hyatt property the following were a disappointment: Minimal coffee service in the morning. Minimal options to purchase sundries. Minimal in room toiletries.

Valet parking ONLY. At $48/day is a steep price. One wished for another parking option. Very minimal amenities were a disappointment.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Housekeeping didn’t make up our room until late in the day and took an hour to bring up a towel.
