Lufthansa continues to launch a 2.5 billion euros upgrade program. The new Lufthansa First Class features a wide wing from floor to ceiling. At least 6 A350 includes Allegris products now fly. They are all based in Munich. Last year, I tried Allegris product from Munich to Vancouver. You can see my photo trip report below:
Lufthansa first -class Alegre
The most impressive allegris product is Luffhansa First Class, which features a wing from floor to ceiling. My journey was from Chicago to Munich on LH435. The flight time was 7 hours 45 minutes with strong tail winds.
I settled in Window Suite 1A and received the usual first -class amenities, such as champagne, menu, pajamas, slippers and a comfort group in Porsche before taking off.
As the pictures appear, the wings are much wider and there are only 3 wings in the design of 1-1-1. The middle suite is called Suite Plus, which can suit two people together. Given that I was the only passenger in the cabin of the first degree, I took some pictures around it and tried both the individual and double wing.
Alegres dual set
The double pavilion was closed and banned while choosing an online checkpoint. However, on my journey, I remained empty and managed to switch to the double wing.
Food and drinks
After taking off, the usual first -class service started. Here is the menu and drinks for the first Lufthansa class.
As a long -term tradition, the crew launched the caviar car and served it in front of me.
There was also a trilogy of appetizers, as it serves everything and does not need to choose and choose any. There were 5 main courses to choose from.
I tasted the red wine and chose an Austrian red wine named Markowistch 2020, which marries well with beef slices
Double wing low service
In the first place, the crew privilege your bed. Given that I was the only passenger in the first degree cabin, I chose to sleep inside the double wing.
The double bed was formed, but two flat individual seats were rejected. However, there is a small gap in the middle (seat edge) that may cause some discomfort if you sleep in the middle. I can confirm that the double wing is wide enough to suit two people to sleep together.
Lufthansa is the first airline to be characterized by heating and cooling technology by the Swiss company Caynova Ag. The seat turned to the cold situation during my sleep.
There is a larger toilet located at the front of the plane for first -class passengers.
Free Wi-Fi codes are given to first-class passengers to use the entire trip. However, the speed was moderate.
It was a quick journey overnight with the strong back wind. About 1.5 hours before landing, the crew woke me up to break breakfast.
Lufthansa crew told me that they could cook scrambled eggs with newly bacon on board the plane. At this stage, I could not eat a lot and chose smoked salmon and orange juice.
My thoughts
Before landing, the Lufthansa Aligris experience summarized first -class, which largely raised the tape and is a first -class product of the next generation. Once on the plane, I felt as if I was interfering inside a luxurious cabin with complete privacy. The food and drinks provided were high quality as usual. The only complaint was that the journey went quickly. I simply need more flying hours to enjoy it.
The negative aspect: Given that there are only 3 wings available, it will be difficult to use miles to recover or upgrade.
