Gatwick, the second airport in London, expanded its partnership with Veovo to develop an integrated airport control system (IAC), with the signing of the new agreement at the Terminal Terminal exhibition in Madrid.
IAC will use “automatic/automated” prediction to move Gatwick towards TAM management management (TAM).
Veovo technology will create a “virtual control room” to track airport operations, and like many similar tools recently implemented in airports around the world, recommending communication via alerts for human employees.
“It has been developed with Veovo Technology Amorph partners, IAC benefits from the principles of strong use and design that focuses on making practical decisions,” Veovo explained.
On the side of the passengers, the flows will be monitored through security, arrival and feeding in future analyzes and work in an actual time “to improve … passenger experience.”
The partners said: “Prediction, alerts and events operators based on the expected effect of weather changes, a flight schedule, luggage handling, railway services and identification files for people” will be used to improve air operations.
