
Eletelsat, the French satellite operator, has announced the launch of OneWeb Low Earth Orbit (Leo) for the aviation sector, which represents a step in enhancing communication while flying with low -speed transition time services.
The company has completed more than 100 accredited facilities from the antenna, with the first commercial and commercial aircraft now used Leo services in Eutelsat.
The expansion of Leo services complements geological aviation offers (GEO) from Eutelsat.
In cooperation with Intelsat, Hughes, and Panasonic Avionics, Eutelsat aims to provide comprehensive multiple school solutions to commercial airlines.
Air Canada has become the first to adopt the Geo/Leo service through Intelsat, with other prominent transport companies that also begin facilities and flights that are characterized by advanced multi -orbit solutions.
Eutelsat has made a partnership with Gogo at Business Aviation to equip the first Embraer Phenom 300 with Leo services.
In addition, TextRON was set to install these solutions on various models including Cessna Citation Longitude, Latitude, and ASCEND, as well as on all types of Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ).
Eutelsat stated that flight services have more than 1,000 aircraft awaiting installation.
