This December, tourists will have many new options to escape cold winter weather. Delta Water Lines Just announced it launching a new flight to Caribbean and Latin America by the end of this year.
Starting on December 20, Delta will launch two new routes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta (ATL) International Airport to Argyle International Airport (SVD) at St Vincent and Grenadines and Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) in Grenada. Both routes will operate once a week, and the Delta will be the only US carrier with non -stop service to the two locations from Atlanta.
“With two new destinations in East Caribbean, Delta has expanded its offer in the region, with more seats to Latin America and the Caribbean this winter,” said Paul Baldoni, Senior Vice President of the Network Planning in Delta, Travel + free time.
Delta Air Lines also announced the expansion of service to 14 additional destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean for the winter. “Customers across the United States will also benefit from more flights to top destinations from hubs in Midwest and Northeast, as well as new live services from major cities such as Austin, Nashville and Raleigh-Durham,” the balldoni said in a statement.
New services from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) to Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) in Grand Cayman will run on Saturday starting December 20.
Services to Cancun International Airport (Cun) will grow in the winter from eight airports, including: International Airport (BNA), International Airport (BNA), Boston International Airport (BNA), Boston International Airport (BNA), Boston International Airport (BNA), Boston Logan International Airport (BNA).
In addition, Atlanta will receive extended services to eight airports across Central America and Caribbean, including: Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) in the Dominican Republic; Cyril E. King Airport (STT) at St. Thomas; La Aurora International Airport (Cave) in Guatemala City; Providenciales International Airport (PLS) in Turks and Caicos; El Salvador International Airport (SAL); Panama Tocumen International Airport (PTY); Philip SW Goldson (BZE) International Airport in Belize City; and Guadalajara Mexico International Airport (GDL).
Delta announced three new routes between Aus International Airport and Los Cabos (SJD); Raleigh -Durham International Airport (RDU) to Luis Munoz Marine International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico; and boss and stt. The carrier increased the frequency of several routes such as the Salt Lake City (SLC) and Lax International Airport to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), and between DTW and NAS.
