You will learn the long-lasting technique of creating pasta from scratch and pair it with homemade Alfredo sauce. To start the class, you will learn recipes for making pasta dough using flour, eggs, salt and olive oil. Also, master the technique of kneading the dough, rolling it out and cutting it into perfect Fettucini noodles. Then, stir the homemade Alfredo sauce with milk and parmesan cheese with seasoned tender chicken. Then, mix in the pasta and end the class by enjoying a homemade feast.
