The authorities found John Parnet in his car carrying a pistol in his lap, with a finger on the trigger. But this gun had a big kick, and therefore it is impossible to be in this position with his finger still on the trigger. Although there are no blood stains inside the car, there are no pictures of the scene, and earlier that day provided evidence to prove Boeing to criminal fraud.

Mr. Barnet had four hours of the remaining deposit the next day. Mr. Barnete was protesting for more than a decade, initially through Boeing, then through the current legal rights (Air21 procedural mechanisms) that are moving at a molasses.
