Beumer Group has announced the expansion of the Customer Diagnostic Center (CDC), as it provided new services to enhance the operational efficiency of the airport and cyber security.
The expansion, which includes the CDC monitoring center around the clock, will be revealed at Expo Terminal Expo 2025.
This center uses advanced algorithms and AI to detect and proactive operating problems.
Disease Control Center services are classified into three main areas: improvement, prevent and guarantee.
Class features improve BG Prepist and BG Insight, which monitors operations and managing maintenance data.
Services include BG Access and BG Secure, which focuses on cyber data and security analyzes.
The services, which include BG and BG SitePro, provide emergency support and site assistance.
The new center enhances these capabilities by constantly monitoring critical assets and determining the directions that may affect efficiency.
The Disease Control Center is now processing more than 500 terabytes of diagnostic data from 300 flow sites, providing access to more than 100 experts in Beumer.
Last year, customers reached diagnostic information more than 143,000 times.
Beumer doubles data collection points in their luggage handling systems, allowing access to the most comprehensive data.
“The new services have been developed to meet the continuous requirements to improve data security capabilities and diagnosis in airports operations,” said Beumer Group Cdc Metee Hoe’s director.
“Data analysis and interpretation is a complex and dense resource task and requires a great deal of investment, which can detract from your basic business.”
To address data security concerns, beumer provided a service management service in its safe offers.
This service constantly evaluates the risk of data security, ensuring that weakening points are identified and processed immediately, in line with ISO 27001 standards.
The additional CDC service improvements include diagnostic information panel to track performance improvements and peak program service that provides additional support during high pressure periods, such as holidays or major events.
In September of last year, beumer unveiled automated airport processing systems at the ACI 2024 event, including Sectro, a central examination solution designed to replace traditional linear security examination lines.
Sectro integrates luggage automation techniques to simplify examination, improvement of safety, and more efficient passenger and cabin luggage.
In June 2020, beumer’s The independent independent carrier system (ICS) started operations At San Francisco International Airport in the United States.
