To celebrate 50 years in business, Irregardless organizes a special prix dinner series that celebrates every decade. The second dinner will celebrate the 1980s with a three-course meal for $ 75 at 6:30 pm Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The 1985 menu options will be:
• Baked oysters with Nduja, Pernod, Panko Parmesan Crumble and Tarragon Aioli or Acorn Squash Soup with Coconut Curry, Candied Ginger, Spiced Pepitas, Vadouvan Oil
• Chop herbs with herbs, sour cherries of de agneau juice, baked polenta and roasted red onions or Coquilles St. Jacques with shellfish, shiitake, jarlsberg cheese, yukon gold potato, grilled, roasted powder.
• Almond Bavarois with brittle almonds, white chocolate and raspberry or cheesecake 43 with Liqor 43, Graham Cracker, Candied Pecan, Vanilla and whipped cream.
Wine or drink pairs will be an option. The menu is subject to changes based on availability.
