We’ll be back but at the whole lobby of the first lobby in construction! The check -in and small check -in restaurants on the 2nd floor. The reason is enough but we know we went on “dead” but it was a birthday and we left after 1 night

We love the area and the hotel is beautiful, well -kept, clean, and beautiful outdoors. We enjoy sitting in the pool and pool all day and around the firepit at night. We rode our motorcycle on a local route and easy to ride all over the island. Great location … it’s easy to get to the Coligney area from there too. The travelzoo price we give is the exact amount we pay … no hidden fees like parking or every day “whatever they want to charge”. I appreciate Travelzoo for this !! ((Hate to a hotel to find it will be an extra $$$ daily). Thanks Travelzoo !!

Bathroom lighting is not so great. Too dim. But the room was very nice. If you want to see the ocean from your room this hotel is on the beach but sits far away from the beach with many big trees in between. However, the area is beautiful and very easy to walk on the beach or on a bike.

We really enjoy our stay at this resort. Everyone is very pleasant, nice and accommodating. The place is very clean and all restaurants serve excellent food and the service is not perfect. We will be back for our anniversary next year making our third visit to this resort. Love the area. ♥ ️

The room looks like it has been arranged together with paint throughout the bathroom. The balcony almost works for one person to go out, the pool is very dirty, the hotel looks dark and gloomy in the corridor. The fire pit doesn’t work. Four people left, given three towels in the bathroom and one small pillow each on the bed. However, happy when asked for extra pillows and towels, they arrived.

Bookings are not respected. Book the king and get 2 doubles. There are construction on several floors under our room and there are shy and noisy noise during our stay.

They gave us a noisy room and shook the room, turning us into a clean room at 1:35 am. That the worker started hitting construction at 7:30 am

We specifically order this ocean resort with a heated outdoor pool so we can use the pool with our children. We got ready and went to the pool to find out that the pool heater was damaged. It wouldn’t go now if we know, because of the favorite children to do in the hotel using a pool. Also, construction is going on, which will not be a problem unless it starts at 7:00 am, we wake up and our children.

They were modifying and the sound of fluttering continued to start at 8am throughout the day. Then the whole hotel lost hot water. Plus I kept 2 queen beds, and they advised them to have just a king bed and pull out the soda.

We thought we had booked a luxury room and the room we received had an accessible bathroom that made the bath time messed up with the children, there was water anywhere, wet clothes and all our towels soaked. It’s an unpleasant experience. If not, the hotel itself is beautiful, its staff helps and the beach is crowded with dogs!

The hotel room is beautiful, the re -formation is being a problem. Every day we are without water and so on. There is no warning that water will be turned off at a certain time. That may be very troublesome if in the bathroom. The staff at the check -in is very nice and not very good. Asked for strong pillows and no one was provided.
